With nearly a decade as co-founder of a successful residential and commercial plumbing company, I bring a proven record in business growth, talent acquisition, and leadership development. My achievements include launching an innovative apprenticeship program, securing a 5-year government contract, and leveraging my Human Resources expertise to attract top talent.
